(3) Fees
When we disclose personal information or notify you of the purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request. Therefore, please enclose 1,000 yen worth of postage stamps with each request. If the fee is insufficient, we will contact you. If you do not pay the fee within one week of contacting us, your request will be invalid. Please note that we will not refund the fee even if we do not hold the applicant's personal information or if we are unable to disclose the information due to reasons specified by law.
(4) How to answer
We will respond to inquiries regarding personal information, personal information subject to disclosure, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, notification of purpose of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and requests regarding disclosure of records of provision to third parties in accordance with the method of request.
