The international businesses of PADECO Co., Ltd. and Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. were integrated and the company was established on October 1, 2026.
Implementation of group reorganization
i-Probe Inc., Project Brain Corp., Pacific Power Co., Ltd., PE-TeRaS Co., Ltd., Blue Bridge Partners Co., Ltd., and S Service Co., Ltd. have been transferred from subsidiaries of Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. to direct subsidiaries of the company.
