Reporting hotline for compliance-related matters
Pacific Consultants Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") has established a common consultation and reporting hotline for the purpose of ensuring sound business activities and thorough compliance (adherence to laws and regulations and corporate ethics) throughout the Group.
To ensure appropriate responses to inquiries and reports from individuals outside the group (job seekers, interns, business partners, etc.) depending on the nature of the matter, we have established the following three consultation channels.
*This service is not available to officers and employees of our group. Please use the common internal contact point within the group.

<Protection of whistleblowers and prohibition of adverse treatment (common policy)>
- Confidentiality: Regardless of which channel you contact or report to, the content and personal information will be strictly managed. It will not be used for any purpose other than fact-finding and investigation.
- Prohibition of discriminatory treatment in transactions and selection processes: The entire group strictly prohibits any discriminatory treatment of job seekers, including the pass/fail decision in the selection process or in business relationships with our business partners, based on consultations or reports made to this contact point.
- Anonymous consultations are accepted. If you wish to remain anonymous, please indicate this when you submit your consultation or report. However, please be aware that this may make it difficult to verify specific facts or conduct a detailed investigation.
*Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries or reports that are contrary to the purpose of this service, such as defamation, personal disputes, or those lacking concrete evidence.
