PACIFIC CONSULTANTS GROUP is a corporate group centered around PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., and is a social infrastructure service group that comprehensively handles everything from planning and design to implementation and operation of social infrastructure.
Our group's history began in 1951 with the founding of our company in the United States through the collaboration of Japanese and American engineers, and in 1954, our Japanese subsidiary PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., was established. Since then, centered around this company, we have been involved in infrastructure development and urban planning both domestically and internationally, including roads, bridges, ports, airports, and water and sewage systems, for over 75 years, leading the construction consulting industry.
Subsequently, with the aim of promoting the group's overall strategy, PACIFIC CONSULTANTS HOLDINGS CO., LTD., a pure holding company, establishment in January 2026, and under this new structure, the company is aiming for medium- to long-term growth.
Currently, our group has 15 operating company across seven business areas. We operate our core domestic construction consulting business, infrastructure business, green society business, IT business, fund business, group-internal services business, and overseas business, broadly covering the social infrastructure service sector.
